Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx ($12.95) – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over $50) – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Shipping Areas: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your footwear as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return process works:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Slippers and sandals that show signs of wear or have been tried on without protective socks
- Cleats that have been used on playing surfaces
- Items marked as “Final Sale” in the product description
How to Return an Item

- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and an RMA number
- Package Your Return: Securely pack items in original packaging with RMA number clearly visible

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
- For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 3-10 additional business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
Exchange Processing
- Replacement items ship within 1-2 business days after we receive your return
- You’ll receive tracking information via email
- Standard shipping times apply (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- We’ll arrange free return shipping and expedite your replacement
