Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers and sandals that have been worn or tried on without protective socks. These items must be returned in completely unworn condition with original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package your return – Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days)
Exchange Processing

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
